Well…what we can do better?
I have seen the times when there wasn’t html email at all,
everything was plain text, so for me sulution was
easy – i filter out html emails and delete them automatically.
I’ve teached people i know, i trust and communicate with to
configure their systems to use plain text email only.
In addition, i live most time inside command line and use
CLI email client that allows to show me email full source
with headers before i even open the actual email. Seeing
source before opening the email has become second nature
to me.

I posted an innocuous partial review of the book suggesting people start with §1.8 especially the last two paragraphs.
And it has not appeared for some reason.
