Ernst & Young Australia has made it official that it is going to acquire Cloud Security Company SecureWorx that offers managed security solutions to National Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Secure Operations Centre (SOC). SecureWorx is also involved in the designing the security network fabric of Amazon Web Services, VMware cloud, Commvault and LogRhythm along with and Microsoft Azure,

Thus, the latest acquisition is said to help EY Australia strengthen its stand in Cyber security by integrating the capabilities of CyberFirst from SecureWorx into its threat detection landscape.

EY Australia offers consultation services related to financial security risks, merger and acquisition related deals, tax related advice, cash planning tips, tax accounting services and corporate restructuring. It serves industries like government, technology, real estate, automotive and mining sectors and has recently ventured into the field of Cybersecurity.

Trade analyst’s state that the latest gain of Secureworx will help Sydney based Ernst & Young Company in bolstering its stand in the security field. As CyberFirst helps companies defend, respond, recover and keep their business continuity plans intact under a fraction of cost.
