Long time lurker here,
Publicly funded large software projects also fail miserably most of the time. So, I am unsure of this idea’s full merit.
By the way, has Clive Robinson actually been blocked from commenting. That’s a big loss, especially since the other party’s posts approach spam-like, size, regularity and length, with massive quotes from third sources.
