Bulgarian Governmental Institutions Hit by DDoS Cyberattack

Ivan Geshev, Bulgaria’s chief public prosecutor, claimed on Twitter that government facilities had been subjected to a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack over the weekend and suggested that Russia may be to blame. State institutions are under attack, possibly by Russian hacking groups.
